Delivery and Returns

Cargo Company: All your orders are sent via MNG Cargo .
Delivery Time: Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the city and district where the recipient is located.
Delivery Method: Your cargo is delivered to the recipient's address stated on the invoice. If the recipient is not at the address, the cargo is brought back to the branch and must be collected by the recipient within 3 business days. Otherwise, the shipment is returned to the originating branch.

Right of Withdrawal: Consumers have the right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The right of withdrawal period begins on the day the product is received.
Return Conditions: Products to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. For the return process, the invoice must be sent with the product.
Return Process: Send your return request to info@hakplastimal.com You can start by sending it to the e-mail address. After receiving the return approval, you can send the product to the address below with MNG Cargo, with the buyer paying:

Return Shipping Fee: The return shipping fee is covered by the consumer for returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal. However, if the product is defective, the shipping fee will be covered by our company.

The returned product is examined after it reaches us. The price of the products whose compliance with the return conditions is approved will be refunded within 5-7 business days using the same payment method.
In order for the return process to proceed smoothly, we recommend that you keep the tracking number in your cargo shipment.
