Distance Sales Contract

This Agreement has been established electronically between the parties whose information is given below, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the relevant legislation.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products, the characteristics and sales prices of which are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically through the SELLER's website www.santiyedeposu.com .

4. DELIVERY

4.1. The product will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER in the order form via MNG Cargo company.

4.2. Delivery time starts within 1-3 business days from the confirmation of the order and is delivered to the cargo. Delivery time may vary depending on the city and district where the recipient is located.

4.3. If the BUYER is not at the address during delivery, he/she must pick up the product from the branch specified in the notification note left by the cargo company.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The period of right of withdrawal begins on the day the product is delivered to the BUYER.

5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given to the SELLER within this period and the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

5.3. In returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the shipping costs will be covered by the BUYER.

6. RETURN CONDITIONS

6.1. Products to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

6.2. For returns, the invoice must be sent along with the product.

6.3. The return request must be sent to info@santiyedeposu.com e-mail address.

6.4. After the return approval is received, the product must be sent to the address below with the buyer's payment via MNG Cargo:

7. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

7.1. Payment will be made via the payment method chosen by the BUYER during the order.

7.2. The product will be shipped after payment confirmation is received.

7.3. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the BUYER.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the implementation of this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the place of residence of the BUYER or SELLER are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

9. ENFORCEMENT

By placing an order through the www.santiyedeposu.com website, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this Agreement.
